Our history
It all started in the streets of Valencia, where a group of friends, passionate about their city, used to meet on weekends to explore the best of their land: hidden corners, traditional recipes and the stories behind every street and typical dish.
Lovers of good food and history
We have always enjoyed trying new restaurants and taverns, discovering the best rice dishes, markets and places that served traditional dishes as our grandmothers used to prepare them. But our passion went beyond food. We loved learning and sharing anecdotes about Valencia: its history, its legends, its festivals and, of course, its culinary traditions.
What started as a hobby turned into something more. We realized that people were not only looking to get to know Valencia, but to live an authentic and personalized experience that they couldn’t find in the tourist guides. That’s how Taste and Enjoy Tour was born
